Some extra information regarding shipping orders.
1. Track your shipment
As soon as your package leaves our shop, you will receive a shipping notification by email. This email contains a Track & Trace code and a link to the external platform to follow the status of your package.
2. What is the delivery term of my package?
We make every effort to get your order to you as quickly as possible. We try to ship every order within 4 days after payment confirmation. Depending on the delivery company, it will be delivered within 1-5 days*.
* With the exception of announced holidays and depending on the country of destination.
3. What if my package is damaged during shipping?
Our shipping companies do their utmost to deliver the packages in good condition. If your order is damaged during delivery, it is recommended to notify us as soon as possible. In case of damage and / or breakage, please provide us with photos of the condition of the package. Photos of the outer package, shipping label, inside of the package and the damaged goods. Only on these conditions can we file a claim with our shipping companies and offer you appropriate compensation.
Return
Period
If you buy goods or services from us, you have the right to decide that you do not want to keep the goods For 14 days from the delivery or conclusion of the contract. You can then return your order without payment of a fine and without giving any reason (you pay the costs yourself).
Within 14 days after we have received your order or you have indicated that you want to cancel the agreement, we will refund you the full purchase price with the same payment method you paid.
Return costs
The direct costs of returning the goods are therefore at your expense. We will indicate what the cost price is or make an estimate, if this can not reasonably be calculated In advance. If the goods can not possibly be returned by mail, we will collect them from you and you will not be charged for this.
Refund
We may wait with reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have shown that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.
Condition
During the first 14 days after delivery, we expect that you carefully handle the order and packaging. If you still want to return the goods as described above, you may only unpack or use them to the extent that is necessary to assess whether you wish to keep it well. If you return the goods, this should be done together with the original packaging, With all delivered accessories and in the original condition and packaging.
